Delivery and Service Area
 It is possible to deliver your bouquet to anyone who lives in the Central Illinois Area. This area includes Champaign, Urbana, Thomasboro, Rantoul, Fisher, Mansfield, Mahomet, Savoy, Monticello, Tolono, Villa Grove, Sidney, Homer, St. Joseph, and Philo. Then your "Balloon Creation" will get delivered. If your delivery is not in Champaign-Urbana, the delivery charge will be $8-$15 order. If your town or city is not mentioned, you must call us during working business hours to verify delivery charges.
PLEASE NOTE: Hospital Deliveries
Most hospitals will not allow Latex balloons to be delivered to either patients or staff members. This policy is in consideration of latex allergies and because of the fact that Latex balloons leak helium, and so, may become tripping hazards as they fall to the floor. We recommend that you choose only Mylar balloons for bouquets that will be delivered to hospitals. If you choose Latex balloons for a bouquet going into a hospital that does not allow Latex balloons, we will substitute an equal dollar value, tastefully chosen by our designers, of Mylar balloons.
Carle Hospital will not allow Latex balloons.
Provena Hospital will allow Latex ballons.
